Renouer! Kids is a learning programme at the intersection of ecology and art, for children and schools in the Nevers area.
Led by Terrains Communs and the City of Nevers, the 2027 programme brings together nature discovery, sensory experience and artistic creation. Working with teachers, it invites children to observe, question, experiment and share their discoveries.
The 1.3-hectare garden offers a variety of habitats to explore: a pond, young woodland, wetland, meadows and an agroforestry garden. Sessions can also take place at school or in nearby natural spaces.
With Laurent Robin
A nature educator and mountain guide for twenty years, Laurent Robin is a member of Terrains Communs. His approach combines botany, sensory exploration, imagination and creativity. He designs and leads the sessions with teachers and the association’s team.
Children and families
Renouer! Kids also aims to welcome children aged 6 to 12 during school holidays and at family workshops on Saturdays. Series of three three-hour workshops and monthly sessions are being considered, offering opportunities to discover and create together.
Details and dates for workshops outside school hours will be announced. Contact the team to develop a project for your class or receive information for your family.
On 9 and 10 September 2026, Renouer! Kids brought 104 children to the garden for two days of workshops bringing art and ecology together.
